Meditation and Yoga Retreat for Greater Joy, Serenity, and Confidence with Doris Iding
In the midst of an often hectic world, we easily lose touch with what truly nourishes us: our clear awareness, our inner joy, and the ability to approach every moment with an open heart. In this retreat , under the mindful guidance of Doris Iding, you’ll devote yourself to the art of consciously focusing your attention—time and again—on what is good and healing.
Through guided meditations, gentle yoga sequences, and effective mindfulness exercises, you’ll learn how to stabilize your inner focus even in difficult times. You’ll practice connecting lovingly with all aspects of your experience—both pleasant and challenging—without getting lost in negative thought patterns.
The focus is on recognizing more small moments of happiness, gratitude, and beauty in your everyday life. Because the more often you consciously direct your attention toward healing sensations and constructive thoughts, the more your mind will clear and your heart will open. Gradually, a space of serenity and confidence will emerge, carrying you through all of life’s situations.
This retreat is an invitation to pause and rediscover yourself— with curiosity, compassion, and the trust that everything you need for a fulfilling life is already within you.
