To ensure the best possible relaxation for your body, mind, and soul, we’ve included a spa treatment in our all-inclusive price. With a value of 120 euros, you may choose a personalized treatment at our Mountain Spring Spa—ranging from a variety of massages and wellness treatments to Ayurvedic therapies—all tailored to your individual needs.

Note for Parents:

Children under 15 may use the pool area from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. After that, this area is reserved exclusively for our adult guests.

Children 15 years of age and older are permitted in the sauna and rooftop areas.

Spa access upon arrival:

Our spa is available for use after check-in at 1:00 p.m. at no additional charge.
If you’d like to enjoy some relaxation time at our Mountain Spring Spa before 1:00 p.m., you can book an early check-in package that includes breakfast and spa access for 35 euros.

Spa Use Upon Departure:

You are welcome to use our spa until 3:00 p.m. on your day of departure.

- From 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: A varied and balanced breakfast buffet featuring select regional organic products (20 euros on the day of arrival)

- From 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.: healthy lunch buffet ( also on the day of arrival and departure)

CHILDREN'S PRICES

- Ages 0 to 2: free

- Ages 3 to 6: 55 euros per night in an extra bed or on a sofa bed

- Ages 7 to 12: 90 euros per night in an extra bed or on a sofa bed

- Ages 13 to 15: 125 euros per night in an extra bed or on a sofa bed

Each additional guest aged 16 or older in the room: 170 euros per night in an extra bed or on a sofa bed, provided there are two full-paying guests. Children’s rates apply either when there are two full-paying guests in a double room or when there is one full-paying guest in a double room for single occupancy.

INCLUSIVE SERVICES FOR CHILDREN

We are happy to provide the following items free of charge: cribs, changing pads, diaper pails, baby/children’s bathrobes, additional towels, a “Do Not Disturb—Baby Sleeping” door sign, a kettle, a child carrier (backpack for carrying children on hikes), and children’s sleds.

Our house is an ideal starting point for a wide variety of hikes for all ages. From water trails to nature excursions and nature trails. In addition, the Allgäu region offers great outing options for the whole family, whether it’s a summer toboggan run, canyon hikes, or the Mountain Farm Museum in Diepolz with a farm and animals to pet… the choices are endless.

To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and worry-free stay, we have implemented a wide range of measures. Here you’ll find an overview of all our accessibility features.

Pets are welcome in select rooms.
Cost: 35 euros per pet per night. This price includes bowls filled with water and food (Happy Dog dry food), a dog blanket, a dog bed, the HUBERTUS Dog Guide, dog waste bags, a dog bathrobe, a dog water bottle for hiking, and final cleaning.

Please understand that your dog is not permitted in the restaurant, on the restaurant terrace, or in the spa and wellness area. Your dog is a welcome guest in our spacious lobby and in Traubel’s Garden. We’d be happy to reserve a table for you and your four-legged friend in our Tea Room in the lobby area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you’d like us to do so, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know before your arrival.

Upon request, we’d be happy to provide you with our mobile mini-bar (empty). Please contact our front desk to arrange this.

STRESS-FREE PARKING INCLUDED

Arrive stress-free: We offer free underground parking, carport spaces, and outdoor parking spots.

E-MOBILITY
Of course, you can also charge your electric car right at the hotel. There are 4 charging stations available for your use.

The charge will be billed directly through your own charging card provider under your usual terms and conditions. Here’s a quick tip: Depending on your plan, you may be charged a parking fee if your car stays at the charging station longer than necessary. It’s best to check your contract briefly to confirm.

Don't have your own card on hand? No problem! You can rent a charging card for 30 euros per day at our front desk, which will allow you to fully charge your car.

DEPOSIT

We ask that you make an advance bank transfer of 25% of the trip price.

PAYMENT

We would appreciate it if you could pay your total bill by debit card, cash, or credit card.

Our guests from Switzerland are welcome to pay their bill in Swiss francs; the bank’s current daily exchange rate will be used for conversion. Bank transfers are accepted; please ask for our bank account information in Germany and Switzerland.

COMPANY VACATION

Our hotel will be closed from April 21–25, 2025.

SINGLE ROOM

All double rooms can also be booked as single rooms—upon request and subject to availability. There is a surcharge of 80 euros per night.

DREAM ROOM

We'd be happy to reserve the room of your choice for you. We charge 10 euros per night per room for this service.

HUBERTUS "One Night Stand"

A wonderful night, two whole, unforgettable days...

A “one-night stand” with a twist. A night of heavenly sleep.
Enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet as early as the day of your arrival (starting at 8:00 a.m.). On both days, you can look forward to our healthy lunch buffet at noon and homemade sheet cakes in the afternoon. And on the evening of your arrival: our excellent multi-course meal or themed buffet, such as our weekly Alpine Buffet. On the day of departure, our varied breakfast buffet will once again be available to you in the morning, as well as access to our Mountain Spring Spa until 6:00 p.m. (room check-out is at 11:00 a.m.).

Why not enjoy a one-night stand for a change?

Bookings can be made no earlier than 14 days in advance. Subject to availability.

Note: A treatment valued at 120 euros is not included in the HUBERTUS One Night Stand package. You are welcome to book additional treatments with us online or by phone at any time.

HUBERTUS TALER

For all bookings of 7 nights or more, you’ll receive our HUBERTUS Token worth 50 euros per person. You can apply this bonus toward any additional treatments you book at our Mountain Spring Spa.

TOURIST TAX / VISITOR'S FEE

The visitor's tax / tourism fee is charged separately and is based on the regulations of the municipality of Balderschwang. Any changes will be communicated accordingly.

Effective December 1, 2024, the tourist tax will be 3.40 euros per person per night for guests aged 14 and older.

MINIMUM STAY

We generally require a minimum stay of 2 nights. For arrivals on Saturday, the minimum stay is 3 nights. The total price of your reservation includes a spa treatment of your choice valued at 120 euros. The goal of this new approach is to help you lay the foundation for the best possible relaxation of body, mind, and soul during your stay at HUBERTUS.

CANCELLATION PROTECTION

With our cancellation protection, you’re covered no matter what happens! For 6 euros per person per night, you’re covered for all cancellation costs. You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival without giving a reason. Only the insurance premium will be charged.

From 7 days before arrival through the day of arrival, free cancellation is only possible in the following cases:

* An unexpected, serious illness, quarantine, or serious accident on your part that makes it impossible for you to stay (only acute illnesses apply here)

* Death, serious illness, or serious accident affecting immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, grandparents, children, and grandchildren)

* Delays beyond our control due to force majeure and strikes

* Significant damage to personal property, such as damage caused by water, fire, burglary, or theft

Upon presentation of a medical certificate or confirmation, you will not be charged a cancellation fee; instead, you will only pay the insurance premium.

Cancellation insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before arrival or at the time of your booking. If you decide not to purchase our insurance, please note the following cancellation terms:

CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept cancellations only in writing. They must also be reconfirmed by us in writing. In general, cancellations made up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge. For later cancellations (on or after the 27th day), we charge 60% of the confirmed reservation price. A fee will also be charged for an early departure or a later arrival than specified in your reservation confirmation. Of course, this applies only if we are unable to resell the room immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TREATMENTS AT THE MOUNTAIN SPRING SPA

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you may cancel it free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. However, please understand that last-minute cancellations will be billed at 100% of the appointment fee.

TRANSFERS
Transfers to and from the Fischen im Allgäu train station or to and from the Hittisau bus station cost 35 euros per room per trip. For arrivals from locations beyond Fischen or Hittisau, we’d be happy to arrange a transfer for you (price upon request). Please let us know your arrival time here five days before your arrival.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE SEASON

Each additional person aged 16 or older in the room: 200 euros per night in an extra bed or on a sofa bed.

During our Christmas/New Year's season, children staying in their own room pay 100% of the regular rate per room per night.
