Important Note Regarding Hotel and Room Reservations:

Please note that, in accordance with Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for lodging services (such as regular room, wellness, or retreat bookings for a specific date). If you wish to cancel or modify your room reservation, you can find all relevant information in our Terms and Conditions or contact our HUBERTUS team directly.

To cancel orders for gift certificates and merchandise (e.g., bathrobes, cosmetics, books, etc.) or gift certificates, please use the following form. The statutory right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
