Here, you can use the two forms to quickly and easily cancel your gift certificate or online store order, or your travel cancellation insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to all services. For accommodation services booked for a specific date (e.g., hotel or vacation rental bookings) as well as for time-specific ticket purchases for events, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel such a booking, our general cancellation policy applies. If you wish to cancel travel cancellation insurance, please fill out the form below.

To cancel orders for gift certificates and merchandise (e.g., bathrobes, cosmetics, books, etc.) or gift certificates, please use the following form. The statutory right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
