Alexander Feurstein
"True Friendship" – Alexander Feurstein is one of the initiators of the "Wäldar Win" project. This joint venture celebrates the friendship and bond between the Bregenzer Wald and the Weinviertel Wine Route (north of Vienna) once a year.
Each year, a new "Wälder Win" (red or white) is selected, which is then served in abundance in the Bregenz Forest. In return, mountain cheese (aged 6, 12, and 18 months) from the “Wald” is offered in the Weinviertel as “Weinviadla Kas.”
A trade that is actually centuries old has thus been revived.
