– Individual Travel & Arrival at the Hubertus

– Afternoon: Welcome Circle & Class

Monday and Tuesday

– Morning: Creative & intuitive Vinyasa class, incorporating some Kundalini-inspired kriyas – energizing, clarifying, and profound

– During the day: Time for yourself—nature, the spa, tranquility, reflection, or personalized treatments

– Evenings: Deep Yin Yoga, accompanied by breathwork, personal development exercises, or meditation – a space for retreat, self-discovery, and renewal

Wednesday

– Graduating Class & Closing Ceremony in the morning

– Breakfast together & departure with renewed energy

I’ve been walking the path of yoga for 20 years now, with an ever-growing zest for life and an exponentially increasing sense of conviction. My yoga has long since ceased to be tied to any particular style or rigid doctrine. Detours and stumbling blocks are just as much a part of it as confidence and passion.

You are so many things. You are a mother, you are an entrepreneur, you are a friend; you love luxury and at the same time long for a quiet life close to nature. The more contradictory you are, the more you attract others.

We can learn to recognize that we are allowed to be, want to be, and are everything. I am a woman; I am a child. I am music; I am dance. I am laughter, I am dignity, I am pride, I am madness, and I am courage. Yes, I am a teacher, but I am always a learner, too. And as I teach you, I will learn from you. And you?
