“When Hormones Dance…” invites you to experience menopause mindfully and in a safe environment. Through a combination of millennia-old Ayurvedic wisdom, in-depth dialogue, supportive movement, and personal experience, a space is created where understanding of one’s own physical processes grows.

This fosters trust in the power of this transformation, the opportunity to encounter oneself in new ways, and thus to experience this special time as a deeply conscious and positive journey. Our Facts:
- 3 nights' stay with arrival on Sunday
- Ayurveda Monday:
      - Presentation with Sonja as part of the activity program
      - Pulse diagnosis with hormone analysis (one-on-one coaching – 50 minutes)
      - Group spice workshop (Monday at 3 p.m. | Meeting place: Tea Room)
- Ayurvedic Treatment (50 minutes—corresponds to the treatment included in the room rate)
- Swiss stone pine pillows and Swiss stone pine cubes in your room to help you sleep well (available to borrow during your stay)
