The VN (Vorarlberger Nachrichten) called on its readers to vote on which of the following places is the most beautiful in Vorarlberg.

The candidates were:

Silvretta

Lingenau Spring Tuff Slope, Bregenzerwald

Rhine Delta-Lake Constance Nature Reserve

And the winner was the spring tuff slope in the Bregenz Forest—not far from Balderschwang , right in the heart of the Nagelfluh Nature Park.

There, water turns to stone.

A romantic hiking trail—whether you're alone, with a partner, or in a group. And for me, it's best in the spring.
