Water: The Elixir of Life

The VN (Vorarlberger Nachrichten) called on its readers to vote on which of the following places is the most beautiful in Vorarlberg.

The candidates were:

Silvretta

Lingenau Spring Tuff Slope, Bregenzerwald

Rhine Delta-Lake Constance Nature Reserve

And the winner was the spring tuff slope in the Bregenz Forest, not far from Balderschwang, right in the heart of the Nagelfluh Nature Park.

There, water turns to stone.

A romantic hiking trail—whether you're alone, with a partner, or in a group. And for me, it's best in the spring.
