Once you take a closer look at fruit and vegetable cultivation in the Allgäu , it’s truly remarkable how much variety is available to us within a 100-km radius. The Häusler company is our guarantee of freshness here.
For years now, the Pichl family has been buying the entire fall apple harvest from three apple farmers and storing it by putting the apples into a sort of “hibernation.” This way, we get fresh Lake Constance apples all year round.
