Once you take a closer look at fruit and vegetable farming in the Allgäu region, it’s truly remarkable to see the variety of produce available to us within a 100-kilometer radius. The Häusler company is our guarantee of freshness here.
For years now, the Pichl family has been buying the entire fall apple harvest from three apple farmers and storing it by putting the apples into a sort of “hibernation.” This ensures that we have fresh Lake Constance apples all year round.
