Recent developments in the travel industry have given us pause for thought. Specifically, regarding the ever-growing industrial booking platforms that seek to drive small tour operators out of the market—or pressure hotels to make themselves bookable exclusively through these platforms.

Of course, we must take these new developments seriously if we want to survive in this highly competitive market. But it also makes us even more DETERMINED. Because we love our INDEPENDENCE and, sometimes, our slightly different approach to presentation and promotion.

So we’ve decided to simply JOIN FORCES—with others who feel the same way: small businesses with HEART AND SOUL who, just like us, are passionate about what they’ve built—and who aren’t backed by investors with billions at stake. We’d rather go our own WAY.

As described in the newsletter: Once or twice a year, we’d like to introduce you to someone who shares our values—and whom we believe you’ll like just as much as we do.

It’s a bit like a circle of friends where, as a special exception, you share your ABSOLUTE FAVORITE spots with those who will truly appreciate them. In turn, the person we recommend will also tell others about us—and perhaps, little by little, a small network of like-minded people will emerge, from which everyone benefits.
