Cuisine at hotel Hubertus"Cooking with love" – this is the principle which guides our Head Chef Ludwig Schlichtherle and his whole team. What you are served in our Slow-Food restaurant has won multiple awards from the gourmet magazine "Der Feinschmecker". This is modern mountain cuisine - Allgäu meadow veal on a Barolo jus served with trumpet mushrooms and also Breton lobster on lemongrass spears. Our experimental recipes are, for the most part, based around ingredients from Allgäu producers, who are at one with nature. Fine supplemental foods with flavours from all over the world ensure a special flavour. Since you have come to the Hubertus to enjoy yourself, our luxury full board is provided all day - from a full delicious breakfast buffet to the light Wellness buffet at lunchtime, tasty cakes and coffee to the Gourmet menu in the evening, which has four variants. Fish, meat, vegetarian and LO-GI meals so you can lose weight pleasurably – you choose.
As a part of the Hubertus inclusive services there is also fresh fruit, juice, mountain spring water, Granderwasser and a selection of teas from the tea bar available throughout the day. For your evening meal you might like to try some of the treasures from our wine cellar. These fine wines come from the best wine growers in Germany and Austria. Our service staff in the Restaurant Hubertus will be happy to recommend wines to complement your meal.
